Just like when building an engine you can not replace any 1 part and expect to have a reliable engine capable of setting world records the same is true with transmissions.  Because of this replacing the clutches alone are not enough because they can't do their job without the proper clamping force or even the best of clutches will still slip (which will destroy them).

Bought the master kit + new solenoids, old transmission had rough upshifts and in-gear slip. Precisionraceworks built the whole transmission for me.
Have had it for about 2 months now, drove about 600 miles before pushing it.
My car makes about 800nm~ of torque and it shifts and holds every gear without any problems, can recommend this to 335i owners who wanna keep their AT.

Also wanna mention the great support from precisionraceworks, had about a month long e-mail conversation before i pulled the trigger on a built transmission, kept me updated during the build and answered all the questions i had. I live in Europe and they helped out with shipping as well, shipped in a nice crate.
