All orders placed with Precision Raceworks, LLC via PrecisionRaceworks.com constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed at www.PrecisionRaceworks.com and below.

All parts shall remain the property of Precision Raceworks, LLC until paid in full. 

If items were purchased from a retailer other than PrecisionRaceworks.com, returns and/or warranty claims MUST be handled through that retailer.

Precision Raceworks, LLC will only handle returns, exchanges or warranties with the direct purchaser (i.e. retailers, dealers, or PrecisionRaceworks.com direct customers).
